Strategy notes

Kill priority: the Bubblefin Frostscale must die first — its shield makes nearby murlocs take 99% less damage, so cleaving the swarm without killing it first accomplishes nothing.

Frost Orbs (mandatory soak, do not dodge): leaving one alone hits the raid hard and applies a stacking DoT — worse than the controlled damage of soaking it. The 3 assigned Soakers pick up every orb between them, spreading out the timing since soaking triggers raid-wide damage of its own — don't let two go off together. No fixed order matters.

Adds: bring the boss to the largest murloc spawn each time; ranged handle the smaller single spawns on their own. Don't let murlocs reach the bubble — they become Berserkers that pulse raid damage.

Swirling Whirlpools: stack in the single gap.

Pop!: raid damage plus a knockback toward the water (sharks) — have a healer cooldown ready, and don't get knocked in.

Tanks: swap on stacking Water Jet, and use the jet's pushback deliberately to wash Lingering Frost patches off the floor — keep patches clear of the bubble.

Two soft clocks, not a hard enrage timer: Wavecaller's Might ramps her damage the longer the pull runs, and Unending Tides is the real enrage. Execute the loop cleanly and kill her before either catches up — there's no benefit to rushing, just to not being sloppy.
